Ingredience:
150 gramů piškotů
100 gramů kokosu
100 gramů mletého cukru
300 gramů tvarohu
50 gramů másla
2-3 lžíce mléka
vanilkový cukr
čokoládu na vaření
mandle
Postup:
75 gramů piškotů pomocí válečku rozmačkáme. Přisypeme kokos, máslo, mléko a část cukru. Ze směsi vytvoříme těsto a použijeme formičky na včelí úly. Poté smícháme tvaroh s cukrem a vyplníme vzniklý prostor uvnitř formiček. Takto vytvoříme tělíčko tučňáka. Spodní část přikryjeme piškotem. Tučňáky zalijeme čokoládovou polevou a nakonec připevníme plátky mandlí, které budou znázorňovat křídla a zobáček.
