Ingredience:
200 g hladké mouky
140 g másla nebo rostlinného tuku
70 g jemně mletého kokosu
70 g moučkového cukru
1 žloutek
na špičku nože jedlé sody
cca 1 lžíce mléka
moučkový a vanilkový cukr na obalení
Postup:
Prosetou mouku, změklý tuk, cukr, kokos, žloutek, jedlou sodu a mléko zpracujeme na vláčné těsto, které odložíme asi na hodinu do chladna. Pak menší kousky těsta protlačujeme masovým mlýnkem s ozdobným nástavcem a tvoříme krátké tyčinky. Z nich tvarujeme rohlíčky a klademe je na plech vyložený papírem na pečení.
Vložíme do trouby předehřáté na 160 °C a zvolna upečeme. Ještě horké rohlíčky obalíme v moučkovém cukru smíchaném s vanilkovým.
